Hot Lunch & Pizza Reminders
Hot Lunch orders are due weekly by the Sunday proceeding the next week. You may order for a week at a time or for the whole month, but we can NOT accept late orders. Email your lunch orders to: email@example.com.
Pizza orders are due the Wednesday of the week prior to the first Friday of the month. January pizza order forms were due December 19th.
We can NOT continue to accept late orders.
The caterer pulls their orders on Sunday evening and uses that list for their purchasing and to compile the lunch list for the week. The 8th grade is schedule to use the first math elective period of the month to count pizza orders, deposit the money, create the list, and place the orders for the month. Please be considerate of others, place your orders on time, and understand that we have deadlines in place for a reason.
Lost and Found
The lost and found is filling up again. If your student is missing items, please come by to look for them. Please make sure you put your student’s name in all items, especially lunch boxes, sweaters, and jackets as they get left on the benches and the playground often. If your student changes clothes at school for after school activities make sure you have a name in all uniform pieces. If you do not want to write directly on the items, please use duct tape inside the clothing to write the name on.
Thank you + Time and Talent Opportunities
Thank you to all the parents, teachers and students who helped put away the Christmas decorations and school cleanup work day.
Special thanks to Mrs. Dunn, Ms Bishop, Manlawh and Khamkhan Tgzomi, Alejandra Ortiz, Elizabeth Alvarez and Uriel Reyes, and Benny Leonard.
They helped put away Christmas decorations, dust and clean ledges, clean and sanitize the bathroom stalls and walls, repair and paint the office and 3rd floor boys restrooms, clean and sanitize the banisters, and replace and/or repair most of the burnt out light fixtures. Thank you all so much for your help making our school shine!
We still have a lot of other projects to work on and will be having another work day again soon. Currently, we specifically need some ballasts replaced in light fixtures and toilet flush valves replaced. If you have the skills and expertise to help with those tasks, you can earn Time & Talent hours by providing that service to our school! Please contact the school office to set up a time and earn Time & Talent hours!

Join us at Wednesdays at the Cathedral!
The weekly Wednesdays at Cathedral program was born out of a desire for every Catholic to more fully grasp the beauty of his faith and to grow a sense of community among parishioners and our school family. Weekly activities include a mixture of live speakers, engaging video series, faith sharing opportunities and feast day celebrations.
Off campus activities are also a regular part of our quarterly schedule, gathering for service opportunities or participating in Diocesan events. These family activities have included working side-by-side tilling and planting gardens at Catholic Charities, serving the working poor of Downtown Tulsa through Night Light Tulsa, and walking in procession praying for the souls of the faithful departed at Calvary Cemetery.
Mrs. Spoerl would like to invite our school community to join in this weekly faith and community formation each Wednesday evening that includes Mass, dinner, Eucharistic Adoration, and faith formation. Childcare is also provided if the formation activity is not appropriate for the age of your child.
