Order Hot Lunch for the Week
Hot Lunch orders are due weekly by the Sunday proceeding the next week. You may order for a week at a time or for the whole month, but we can not accept late orders. Email your lunch orders to: email@example.com.
The caterer pulls their orders on Sunday evening and uses that list for their purchasing and to compile the lunch list for the week. Please be considerate of others, place your orders on time, and understand that we have deadlines in place for a reason.
Pizza orders for the month of May were due Tuesday, April 30, and no more orders will be taken for the month.
Please remember that the 8th grade is schedule to use the first math elective period of the month to count pizza orders, deposit the money, create the list, and place the orders for the month. We cannot accept late orders after the due date for this reason.
It is time to start ordering yearbooks for this school year!

Please click here to learn more about the services they offer and to schedule an appointment.
We often have teachers or classes that need additional supplies for special projects, experiments, or enrichment that are not covered with our normal supply budget. We also sometimes have special needs for skills such as building items for the resource room, repairing items, painting etc...
All donations or time spent doing repairs to the school or classroom can be claimed as Time & Talent- which is due in less than two weeks on Friday, October 19.
Join us at Wednesdays at the Cathedral!
The weekly Wednesdays at Cathedral program was born out of a desire for every Catholic to more fully grasp the beauty of his faith and to grow a sense of community among parishioners and our school family. Weekly activities include a mixture of live speakers, engaging video series, faith sharing opportunities and feast day celebrations.
Off campus activities are also a regular part of our quarterly schedule, gathering for service opportunities or participating in Diocesan events. These family activities have included working side-by-side tilling and planting gardens at Catholic Charities, serving the working poor of Downtown Tulsa through Night Light Tulsa, and walking in procession praying for the souls of the faithful departed at Calvary Cemetery.
Mrs. Spoerl would like to invite our school community to join in this weekly faith and community formation each Wednesday evening that includes Mass, dinner, Eucharistic Adoration, and faith formation. Childcare is also provided if the formation activity is not appropriate for the age of your child.

Register for Cheer!
Believe it or not…it is time to start thinking and planning next year JCFA Cheerleading. We are very excited about the upcoming year and look forward to growing the JCFA Cheerleading program. The goal for JCFA Cheerleading is to have a positive experience, cheer on the coaches and players, make friends, but mostly to HAVE FUN!
There are a couple of changes for the upcoming year. First, all girls will be signed up with JCFA if they would like to cheer for football. If a young lady is not sign up through JCFA they will not be able to cheer on the sidelines. Since they will be under JCFA’s insurance-everyone must be signed up and pay a registration fee(scholarships available as needed). Second, individual grades will practice together(practice times set by coaches). There is a good chance we will have to merge classes together depending on how many volunteer coaches we get but we will do our best to keep individual classes together. Middle School (all schools) will all practice together. All practices will be held at Bishop Kelley. Third, since many of Middle School have cheerleaders for basketballs, they will not be required to purchase another uniform for football season. They may wear their school cheerleading uniform but again they will practice together. If they would like to purchase a JCFA uniform they are more than welcome to purchase but not required.
We are in need of volunteer coaches! We can use BK fields. The sooner I can get names of coaches we can start slotting times for the teams to practice. All coaches must have VIRTUS training, back ground check, and coaches safety course ASEP (online). Cheer practice can begin in mid July and go through November 9 (only if a team goes to the championship)
REGISTRATION and COST:
Registration will open on Thursday, April 11th http://www.jcfa.org/. There will be an Early Bird Registration will be $75.00 if received by April 30th. May 1st the registration fee goes up to $100.00. June 1st the registration goes up to $125.00. July 10th registration will close.
